TEWKSBURY HALL, ORIGINALLY BUILT IN 1959, BY ALUMNI PETER-PAUL MULLER (’40) AND SIDNEY SHELOV (’37), TEWKSBURY WAS THE FIRST MODERNIST BUILDING ON BARD CAMPUS AND REMAINS AN IMPORTANT ARCHITECTURAL FEATURE FOR THE COLLEGE. THE PROJECT INCLUDED THE RENOVATION OF THE DORMITORY’S ENVELOPE. THIS INCLUDED REPAIRS AND RESTORATION OF THE BUILDING’S ALUMINUM WINDOWS, GLAZED BRICK AND CONCRETE FAÇADE.
