LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF BARD’S CAMPUS, THESE RESIDENCE HALLS WERE THE FINAL DORMITORIES ADDED TO RESNICK COMMONS, A NETWORK OF RESIDENTIAL DORMS ORGANIZED ALONG A MEANDERING WOODLAND PATH.

LIKE THE NEIGHBORING HALLS, McCAUSLAND AND BROWN PRIORITIZE ENVIRONMENTAL EFFICIENCY AND WERE DESIGNED WITH THE CONSIDERATION OF BARD STUDENT INPUT. THE BUILDINGS USE TIMBER SOURCED FROM NON-VIRGIN SITES, AS WELL AS GEOTHERMAL HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEMS FOR EACH OF THEIR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS. THE RESIDENCE HALLS WERE COMPLETED IN 2015.
